God cannot create the world from the world's matter without creating this matter before. He cannot live in higher dimensions, because he himself created these dimensions from the "material nothing". Such "nothing" is only a point or a dot for us - a moved point in ways and times.

Our world was created from moved points. These are real substances in God, which we cannot measure - therefore, the dots only are to find out. But we are just a hologram picture made from movements like figures in movie.

The dimensions are coming from the coordinate origin, from zero. On every line, the way r and the time t are coupled to be one dimension - the movement according to the product of r = ct (c is light velocity in vacuum).
